What qualifies us?
Dr Gavin Fredericks has a track record of more than 14 years of personal injury assessments as an accredited Certified Independent Medical Examiner (CIME) after successfully passing the board exams (twice) as per the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME), which is recognized and endorsed by the Road Accident Fund of South Africa in the assessment of Serious Injuries and Permanent Impairment according to the AMA Guides 6th Edition for non-pecuniary claims against the RAF (i.e. General Damages)

Dr Fredericks has been a member of the South African Medicolegal Association (SAMLA) since 2012 and has served on the EXCO (as Treasurer for 2 terms) and also on the faculty, as well as presenting on the RAF4 Serious Injury Assessment in the SAMLA Foundations of Medicolegal Practice workshops.
